I got sc_programmer to get me inf CE but i dont know what to do with the file. I downloaded what it said to but dont know what to do with my PSP to get the INF CE. Can anyone help?

Instructions:

Plug Your PSP Up.

Go To PSP/Savedata.

Delete Your Old UCUS98645 Folder.

Open CE.zip.

Copy UCUS98645 To PSP/Savedata Folder.

Start Up Socom And You Will Have Infinite CE And Superb LI!
